Maybe because of how small it is, it didn't feel like how her other books did. But still the ending was very unexpected

It was a really lovely read, it kept me gripping until the end. Considering that this was initially written as a play, throughout the book, I couldn't help but imagine the events of the book unfolding on a stage. Would love to see the play someday!

This was so good ahhhhhh.

This is why I don't pick up an Agatha Christie novel, once I finish one I crave for more and I cannot seem to stop.
The Unexpected Guest was brilliant. The characters were so well written and the mystery ooooohhhhh.
I thought I figured out the culprit but uh oh you donot play with the queen huh?

this book was a bit all over the place, so it made sense that I found out after I finished that it was actually a play and had been made into a book by another author '^^ I feel like it would be better as a play, but I still enjoyed it - just a bit too many twists '^^

Another great novel. Not her best work but definitely good and DEFINITELY twisty.
