The first book in the Bratva Series.

A merge between The Bratva and The Cosa Nostra is necessary, so an arranged marriage between Illayana and Arturo is to go ahead. A new king and queen are born, with enemies swarming them left, right and centre. They need to quickly learn how to deal with each other and trust each other if they are to survive.

This was immaculate.

Illayana is a bad bitch. This is what I live for. Nothing I love more than a strong, confident, stabby FMC and she fucking delivered. Anyone wanting to write a badass FMC, take note. I literally love her. I also enjoyed Arturo and definitely get the appeal. He's naughty, but also respects the strength of his wife. Yes, thank you

This book took me a long time to read and I’m not sure why.

The doghouse scene was very funny.

This was a good read, I love illayana and her family. I loved her bodyguards and the head costa nostra family but apart from Nero and his band of dickwads Arturo was my least favorite character, I didn't exactly hate him but I didn't vibe with his character and I personally feel that she can do better.

I also feel that for all Arturo's talk he couldn't stand a chance against Aleksander or Dimitri. He is honestly the reason I didn't give this book 4 stars

I hope they deal with Rayna in the next book cause that bitch needs her ass handed to her.

It was cute. Little bit Wattpad-y. Almost DNF’d but who doesn't get a bit nostalgic over the YA books of the past?

SPEECHLESS! This book had me questioning if I ever truly loved mafia and I did! Mafia was once my favorite trope and usually have the unpopular opinion of liking the women innocent and naive with life. But my girl in this book wanted me to created a gym in my house so I can learn to take people down on my own forget men lol!

The FMC was somehow submissive and bada** at the same time !!! BRAVO and the spice out of this world I want Arturo to myself !!!!

NA scenes with YA writing

Love a mafia romance but it was like the characters couldn’t decide if they were adults or children. It just really took me out of the story.
