That was...boring. The first dino attack didn't occur until over 50% in and nothing really happened in general.

It was okay. Not as inventive or believable as the first book. Character motivations for being on the island were not as strong. Little comments that show it was very clearly written by a man: when a male character comments to a woman that she is strong as she saves his life, she says “but still feminine.” Literally what. Also, she is a very clearly capable character, but for some reason she reveals to a boat of three men that she’s never met before that no one knows where she is. Obviously this puts her in danger. No woman would reveal that willingly or off-handedly.

Rawwr.

A budou tam vůbec velociraptoři?
