I ended up skimming a lot to get through this one. Whilst the premise had me hooked, I don't think Chloe Gong's writing style worked for me.

Not as good as the first but I continued to love the world this book took place in! Ending was a little underwhelming but still a strong 4/5 stars

Slay. Immediately getting Foul Lady Fortune. I think I liked Benedikt and Marshall’s love story more than Roma and Juliet. 
The ending was like of a let down since it was left so open ended. Still a great book though!
