I really liked this one! Though it's really not a sequel to American Gods at all other than being set in the same world and having one of the side characters sons as the protagonists. It's very well written and I loved the story teller tone throughout which really captures the God of the stories voice and makes the whole novel even better. A lot of fun, very interesting, well written, basically a modern folk tale come to life. Highly recommended for any Gaiman fan!

Fun! As with most Neil Gaiman, I was not riveted for most of the book. It was OK, but I kept going so I could find out what happened. By the end it tied together a great story. I think Neil Gaiman is a great author - even if his style isn't entirely to my tastes.

This was worth reading.
