I love the obsessive, logical detail put into this story. Like a hyper-detailed police procedural but in a world of the supernatural!

The plot thickens. Just when it seemed things couldn't get more complicated, in this volume they do. L suspects Light and the two are constantly trying to outsmart each other - but they think so much alike that neither can manage to gain the upper hand. But then, at the end of the volume, something happens that dramatically changes everything!

I'm still really enjoying this series, even though it keeps getting more and more outrageous!
