The novel was a Kickstarter I backed last year & the whole idea of a modern Miskatonic University with all the eccentricities that go along with classic Lovecraft completely appealed to me. The book has thirteen short stories & a section in the back with “who’s who” of Arkham, but more on that in a minute. I wasn’t familiar with any of the authors in this book prior to reading it, there are several that I will look to see what other works they have.

Now in the back of the novel is a section called “My Miskatonic: A Who’s Who of Arkham”. This was for the backers of the Kickstarter that wanted to be characters in the book.
