We finally get a glimpse at what is really going on... although it leads to questions as well as answers. Probably my favourite volume since the first one, the plot was really entertaining, loved the art in every single issue, and I can't get enough of Ripley (or any of the girls for that matter).

I was a bit surprised at the slightly dark twist this one took. I mean, I liked it, but I wasn't ready for it. Still, as usual, Lumberjanes explores some awesome people having fun and exploring friendship at an awesome camp. I particularly loved learning more about Jo, her life, and her feelings. Barney and Jo's interactions took this particular volume to a whole new level. Still one of my favorite graphic novels.

Action packed as always, Jo, Mal, Molly, April and Ripley return in the 4th volume of the amazing Lumberjanes series, this time encountering a freakish blizzard, a marginally creepy taxidermist, and the return of Barney from the Scouting Lads.

Jen is in trouble, and the girls (and Barney) set out to rescue her, when, per usual in a Lumberjanes adventure, ...things ... happen ...

Highly recommended; don't miss this amazing series.
