I absolutely fell in love with Jude and Reagan's story from Dirty Work. It is a definite must read before you pick up this book. The story contains two very strong personalities that when they finally meet up in the bedroom - not sparks - but raging inferno. Dirty Defiance carries this story forward without giving up the characters personalities from book 1.

How do you 'make it work' once you've decided to jump into the martial pool? Can love and politics mix? Or do they separate like oil and water? This is a look into their lives five years later where political and career ambitions often interfere with life happily ever after. I loved that the authors stayed true to the characters personalities that kept the reader turning the pages. But like any marriage concessions need to be made. Read on to see how they make it life/ work balance.

As always Brenda Rothert and Chelle Bliss deliver a entertaining story with steam and heart. The pacing is fast as the emotions for the story are as intense as any inside political race.
