An interesting novel with an interesting character. It could definately be shorter. The action -climax at the end was a bit silly for mmy taste.A pleasant and easy reading, nevertheless.

I'm not sure if I can quantify what bugged me about this book- the first 150 pages really sucked me in, and Fiona Griffiths is an interesting character. I suppose it was a combination of this being about sex trafficking and what felt like the fetishization of mental illness. I might read the next book in the series to see if I feel differently, but I don't have any urgency to do so.
