Like all Cassandra Clare series, I didn’t want it to end. Luckily, we are getting 3 Shadowhunter related books this year 🙌🏻 and eventually a sequel series to this one! Verdict: loved it

I didn’t care about Julian and Emma’s relationship at all. Maybe that’s why the book was disappointing? Anyway, kit has become one of my fave shadowhunter characters now. But yea this is my least fave series in the shadowhunter world

DNF'd on page 317.
I honestly couldn't push through it any longer. I'm not sure if I'm just over this specific series and characters or if I'm over the whole Shadowhunter world. I loved Lady Midnight and Lord of Shadows so much, but over 300 pages in and little to nothing actually happening.
(DNF'd books will not be going towards my Reading Challenge.)
