Not my favorite in the series but I definitely still enjoyed it. It’s nice to have this prequel to fill in the gaps, and now I’m going back and rereading book #2 with all the knowledge of what happened in the time Grace was gone. Hudson needs a hug lmao.

This should be labelled book 1.2 it can be read anytime after the first book in the series, and comes the 4 months where they share a mind space... It's not a new book as such in the plot.
