This was my second Darcy Coates novel. I just couldn’t seem to get into the story. I don’t think that I am really keen on this authors storytelling. I am aware that other people love this author, but we can’t all love the same authors. Shame really.

Good read. It was quick and kept my attention. About a third of the way into the book, I became tense and stayed tense until the very end. I was captured by the story and needed to know what happened.

Just finished Where He Can’t Find You by Darcy Coates and… wow. It’s like stepping into a fever dream where the shadows know your name. The whole town feels off, like it’s holding its breath—and the deeper you go, the less sure you are what’s real. And those red threads? Absolutely chilling. They start off subtle, almost harmless… until you realize what they really mean. Coates nails that creeping dread without ever showing all her cards. Definitely not the kind of book you want to read alone at night… but I did, and now I keep checking the corners of my room. You’ve been warned.
It was a good book, however the plot took an odd turn and left me with so many questions of who/what/why etc.
This book is so good. It's Stranger Things meets Until Dawn!

I would love to see why a novels depart from the cliché of every adult being complete garbage.
