Good book. Easy read and fast to finish. The plot twist at the end is sort of predictable but I still enjoyed it

What was interesting about this book is that the format was different from the usual four suspects in a room that the other books (and most of the TV) in the series.
With this one, you are inside the mind of more than one character do you know (sort of) who dunnit and just gave to see how the whole thing is going to be solved.
It does get on my mind how, in the book, the author (who was also behind the writing in the TV series) goes on and on about how frustrating Camille finds Richards idiosyncrasies but that might just be because I gave read all the books (and watched all the programmes) so know that Camille comes to really like him but that doesn’t really come through in the books.

Death in paradise is one of my favourite shows, and my favourite murder mystery show to date, and the book read just like an extended episode of the show, so it was absolutely perfect for me.

In hindsight the twist should have been obvious, and probably will be to other people, but honestly it was fun nonetheless.

If you didn't like Richard Poole as a character in the show, then that may put you off reading this one, but the rest of the cast are just as lovable as they are in the show.

Great read, highly recommend to any fans of the show, and anyone who fancies a light, fun murder mystery.

Ok, ok, man nebija taisnība.
