This book was just not for me. I appreciate the cast of characters and it was fun to follow the couple from the first book in this duology, but there were lots of elements that just are not my cup of tea. If you’re not really into smut or “spicy” books, skip this one. I much preferred the first book of the slow burn friends-to-lovers romance trope to this one which was pretty much sex every other chapter with very little plot.

If you couldn’t get enough of Sunshine and Ace, this is the perfect novella to take onto their happy ending! The Beginning of Forever is a fun and lighthearted extended HEA for our favorite couple. The story takes us through the events leading up to, during, and after Ace and Harlow’s wedding. This beautifully captures how their own relationship has developed along with that of their family and friends while also providing a ton of spice and good laughs. An official comfort read in my collection.
