Just so boring. A drab of narrative progression, five scenes of making coffee, repeat. The coffee scenes aren't even used to develop the characters, I think the author just really likes talking about making coffee.

No romance, no big magic, but def a good time.

I was surprised how much I enjoyed reading about "boring" domestic parts like this man polishing silver or cooking dinner. It activated the part of my brain that loves life-simulation games like animal crossing

I started the book expecting silly Artemis Fowl hijinks, but It was cozy and made me think about positive changes I should make in my own life instead. Honestly? Love that!
