Loved the start to this supernatural New Orleans series. I’ve been a fan of the Smart Women Read Romance podcast, so when I signed up for KU, I knew this was a series I had to pick up.

The story was a little insta-love, so not my favorite trope. Although, the world building was great and I’m excited to read the rest of the sisters’ stories!

I wanted to know the resolution to the story and that is what kept me reading. The resolution was a bit predictable and I felt like the FMC was just a little over done. Not a bad book but not my favorite.

Cute and romantic story, with spice 🌶️ 🌶️  and magic ✨ 

Will be coming back to this series to see what other sisters are doing.
