Heavy, dark spice from the first chapter

I went into this book, having not read the previous series, with the parents, so I was gleaning everything from this book only. I was able to follow along quite well.

Killian was definitely the anti-hero/ villain of this story. From the first meeting, he pushed Glyndon to discover herself.

There was heavy, dark spice, and I really enjoyed their connection. Killian was obsessed with Glyndon and so possessive and had no idea why.

I read on Kindle and read along on Audible with good audio.

Pheeeeew, this book did something me. Killian Carson, the man that you are. After the first couple chapters I was apprehensive about if I was going to like this book….if you know, you know. But I’m so glad I continued on. Turns out I’m a big fan of toxic, possessive relationships in my books
