Not the worse book I ever read but also not the best. The smut was really good once Killer wasn’t mentioning anything about blood on his penis when he has sex with Glyn every 2 secs which quickly became icky. Also like is everyone a psychopath in the friend groups???? Idk if I’ll read book 2 because this really was a weird ass book. Wouldn’t even call it dark romance at all, definitely deeper/more fucked up than that. Not really my cup of tea and I recommend trigger warnings to be read beforehand because WHEW this was a lot to digest.

Didn’t really like any of the characters and there are so many of them. They are kind of one dimensional and I couldn’t get interested enough in what happens to them in the end to force myself to keep reading (especially since the romance is so toxic)

It was my first book from the author and the only thing I have to say now it's that I'm going to jump in this mafia world starting from the first book.
