The ending to me was frustrating, especially since I really loved the rest of the book! It wasn't a bad ending, it just didn't have the feel I was hoping for. Third act breakups really ruin a book for me.

Ending felt rushed.some Plots were left unfinished which left me with questions. Overall, I enjoyed the book as it was well written and had interesting characters.

Okay I am completely shocked at how much I enjoyed this book. I'm all about mature relationships, and the character growth on these two - chef's kiss.

What I liked best about this story is that Rory & Mike both grow: they grow together as they develop their feelings for each other, and they grow as flawed individuals learning to love themselves. There's a third-act breakup here, which I normally hate, but makes sense with the context of the story. If I have half the emotional development that the characters in this have, I'd be much better off in my life.

This book is for the girls who were lonely in high school.
