The structure of this book was odd at times. He tries to present it chronologically via the Clinton presidency but then also thematically so we end up jumping back and forth in chronology.... something wasn't really working here. Aside from that, this was pretty much what I expected. A sort of fun look back at the 90s and the culture shifts around sex. Nothing revolutionary happening here, but I think it delivers on its title and is a good reminder of how much has changed in the decade since as well.
