SPOILERS!!!
THE ENDING!!!! I mean I guessed Cherry was going to make her take it ,but I never thought she would actually do it. I was kinda wondering why she got a pov and not Vane ,but I digress. I am so glad we got the reason why the twins murdered their dad ,but the fact that Tilly didn’t care shocked me. Peter finally got his shadow ,but I am more interested in how they are going to react now that Winnie has one too. Also everyone is so interconnected like this is just one big sibling rivalry that also has some “revenge” added to it. And best believe I am eating it up….On to the next book I go!

Definitely enjoyed this one more than the first. There’s more plot development and I’m really liking all the overarching stuff happening. Lots of relationship development amongst the four of them as Winnie leans her connection with each guy. This isn’t quite a 5 star book for me though because it feels like something’s still missing. Like the romance still feels surface level, despite the good progress. I thought I read there was MM in this series but nothing has happened yet, though based on the ending and one twin’s reaction, I’m thinking book 3 will introduce that. There’s less smut than I believed going into this series, which is a huge plus for me. Again, enjoying the plot occurring. All in all, I’m still very into this series and after that ending, anticipate the third book.

Favourite Quote:I will pick Darling over my own wings because with her I am already flying. She is mine and I am hers.

I need the next one in this series to be out right now so I can binge it!
I loved reading this book and honestly I’ve been struggling reading recently, could feel myself going into a slump however this book got me out of it very quickly!

I’m really not vibing with these books, but they are so quick and easy that it keeps me engaged! This one was definitely better then the first one tho.
