I love Cleo Wade's work, and this book was no exception. It was especially lovely to read during this chaotic, stressful time with COVID-19. Her words are perfect for any time you need to take a moment and center yourself.

This isn't my usual type of book, but I really enjoyed it. It's beautifully written and it gave me a lot to think about.

obviously 4 stars is a generous rating, but I do appreciate things with this book's mentality. it was corny in that sort of adrmiable and untouchable way (if that makes any sense at all) and I'd be lying if I said I won't be referring to referring to it every once in a while. this is just a short book about doing exactly what the title says: having the courage and confidence in yourself to try and do some good and change what you can where you think change is needed. I appreciate it.

Listening to this on audio was such a great decision! Cleo Wade’s voice is like a balm to the soul. It feels a little bit like she’s a yoga instructor guiding you through a thoughtful meditation. It’s short but it packs a punch. I absolutely recommend the audiobook.
