Let me start by saying that this book was sent to me as an ARC but all opinion are my own. I have read this book twice since receiving it and let me say there is a few scenes that live in my head rent free (Hello back door scene). THe first thing that sold me on this book was that I got the smut that my heart desires in Chapter 2. It is my pet peeve when you have to wait 10 chapters to get to the dirty, dirty, but this book got me there on Chapter 2!
The second thing that sold me was that this was not another office romance with a CEO and his secretary. This was an office romance where both main characters held a position of power in their company. The relationship development was off the charts and its nice to see a male character jump into his feelings a bit quicker than normal (Before the last chapter).
The last thing that sold me was Suzette. As a divorcee, I understand what she is feeling and what she is going through. Let me tell you - its nice to read a story where the author "gets it." You will not be disappointed with this one!

Very quick to read and very spicy! There’s no messing around with it either as the first chapter starts with spice! Despite the fast pace, you really get to know the main characters and feel for both parties.
I will say, it felt a little too fast at the beginning to be all that realistic but it levels out pretty quickly and allows you to immerse yourself into the world more.
Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quick, spicy read!
