Ooooooo, things are getting interesting!
I had said in the my review for the last volume that I was hoping there would be more slice of life-esque stuff, and I am AMAZED that it came so quickly! The whole studying subplot was hilarious from start to finish, and I love how some of them failed anyway. Also, I love seeing Nekoma again, especially Kenma. Nekoma is probably my favorite rival team thus far and I ADORE their interactions with Karasuno. But what really interests me is this "evolution" concept Nekomata's internally discussing and how this will affect Karasuno. Hinata's always been a go-getter and has wanted to be the ace from the start, but it looks like his desires could end up negatively affecting his teammates. Then again, Furudate has been really good about not totally falling into shounen cliches up til now, so maybe he'll handle this differently.
I was thinking of taking a quick break from the series, but now I have to know what happens!
