If you've ever been annoyed with 30-year-olds playing 16-year-olds, this is your book. Seriously, these kids actually act their age. The characters are diverse, complex, and all feel REAL (including the more unlikable ones - they're all people you would meet in real life). It's not just the romance either. I love the platonic relationships too! And the journeys of self-discovery! I just love it all, honestly.
Amazing if you're looking for a light, fluffy read that covers important issues that mainstream media usually sidesteps. Basically a hug in a book. Great comfort series.
