This collects Tomb of Terror #1-6, published by Harvey comics during the horror boom ushered in by EC comics in the early 1950s. Compared to EC, the stories and art are a step or two behind. Hell, what wasn't in the early 1950s, though?

Anyway, the stories are fun. You can tell they're chasing the horror trend without realizing why EC's books were selling in the first place. Some of the stories have barely any twists and some have twists that don't make a hell of a lot of sense. Most of the art is average, although Lee Elias could have easily drawn for EC. He has some iconic panels in the one story in this he illustrated.

Once you forgive the stories for not being EC quality, they're entertaining enough. I'm not quite sure if I'm dumping this for store credit or not just yet.
