I really liked the change of scenery in this one. I think this book broke up the monotony of the rest of the series, as things were kind of getting repetitive (no hate, that's just what happens when you're nearly 10 books into a series). I will say that some chapters were more boring than others, and sometimes it seemed like a slog to have certain plot points told again due to the dual POVs.

wohoo Book 10 of Mercy's world....
I did love this, but its a 4.5 i missed all the Mercy and Adam moments, although i did enjoy Adams POV.
And that little twist there at the end with Matt was fab - Never saw that comming, i love how the Author is Expanding on Mercy's Abilities but still giving her a barrier and Moral compass. Yep brilliant and we got to travel around Europe too!!!!

Mercy is always a fun character to follow. She causes chaos and change and following her on her adventures is always exciting. I liked that this book takes us outside the Tri-Cities, but keeps up in the "real" world. The non-linear story telling and getting more of Adam's perspective kept the story fresh.
