Definitely check the content warnings. This very spicy read had me giggling and blushing and laughing from the start. I could have done with a bit more plot and character development to tie it together between the seggscapades. The third act breakup followed a tried and true formula so it almost doesn’t even feel like it counts as plot. The good news is there is zero angst and plenty of 💦, which let’s be honest, is why we’re there.
Hard to speak about diversity. The author says she intentionally keeps the descriptions minimal so you can picture the characters how you want them. Not everyone can “see” characters like that though and it felt a bit like an easy out to dodge questions about diversity.
Overall, it is a fun read, if a bit repetitive. I found that if I just read it in small chunks (treating each “scene” like a short story) then it broke up the boredom. ⭐️⭐️⭐️.5 / 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️

I heard about this book on TikTok and immediately started reading it.
"Tangled in Tinsel" is a smutty Christmas novella that follows Samantha, a young woman who has made a name for herself as an event planner. Four of her best clients have asked her to set up for their annual Christmas party in a cabin, and while she is there putting the finishing touches on the party, the snowstorm traps her inside the cabin with four of the best-looking men she knows. With no way to leave the cabin for days, she decides to have all of them for Christmas.
This was exactly what I was looking to read, and I enjoyed every second of this novella. Because of the snow, the cabin, and the Christmas time of year, the story felt very atmospheric and cozy, which only made the smut even more enjoyable.
I really enjoyed that all four men were vastly different, and where one was hard and domineering, another was soft and sweet. They communicate so well together, and with Samantha. They all seem to really like her and want to take care of her, but none of them pressure her to do anything she does not want to do. For someone to be in this sort of situation for the first time, I am sure Samantha was overwhelmed, but all of her men were kind, patient, and really wanted this to be about her.
My one grievance with this story was Samantha's character. Samantha tends to have word vomit when she is nervous, and she says some really outlandish things. Her behavior is also slightly erratic when she is feeling overwhelmed. This created some moments that were supposed to be funny but made me cringe.
I thoroughly enjoyed this story, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to spice up their holiday season.

This was so fun! It's exactly what it says on the tin, they're snowed in, everyone is extremely hot and horny and they have loads of filthy sex — honestly, what more do you need? Even though this was very short, I feel we got to know the men all pretty well and their different personalities all had the opportunity to shine through.
