I love the idea of a secret book club at night that mashes classics and other genres. Pride and prejudice with murder? Yes please! Moby dick and romance? Love it! The rest of the book was fairly predictable and a bit of fun light reading.

Enjoyed this book, 4.5 stars rounded up, and the narrator was great. There are a few parts that stretch the believability but doesn't detract from this vivid story with characters we probably have run into ourselves.

Some parts of the story I liked, some parts I didn't. The best part of this book is: the bookish stuff and everything else was fine. Overall a solid read and Ithink this book will definitely appeal to bookish people.
