A fun easy reading cozy mystery book. My first from this author. It follows Samantha, ex-Hollywood star, who runs away to Heywood, AZ after a huge scandal destroys her life and her career. Bonnie, owner of the town’s herbal store, Sage Advice, offers her a job and a place to stay. Samantha is enjoying her new quiet life….until Bonnie ends up dead and she is suspect #1. She works to investigate and clear her name.

It was a good solid book. I look forward to reading more of Samantha’s adventures.
