Logan and Grace were fun to read about! I found Logan an appealing MMC - a romantic, well-intending, rehabilitated player - and the logical person to focus on for the second book. Logan’s determined, long-time pining for Grace, grand gestures included, is what we all want… *effort.*

Hell, even Morris wants to date Logan!

I enjoyed how Hannah from the previous book helped Logan understand he didn’t actually want *her* but the type of relationship she has with Garrett. Loved their little cameos!

Logan’s loyalty to his family and willingness to ignore his own hockey dreams was heavy and tough to read about at times, not having experience with addiction, but made him that more endearing and that much better of a match for Grace.

Better than the first one but still missing some trigger warnings at the beginning of the book.

This was a super cute, super quick read. Logan and Grace have a chance encounter yet when Logan knocks on the wrong door and meets Grace. They hang out and make out, but Logan leaves before they can exchange numbers. But Logan can’t stop thinking about her, so he comes back around to ask her out. However, he realizes he’s not ready for a relationship and leaves Grace in the lurch at a crucial moment. Only, he knows he made a mistake and now has to do everything he can to win her back.
