I loved this as a sequel, the characters are genius, plot somewhat convoluted but very enjoyable - there's a humour in his books which I've not seen with other authors which makes them thoroughly enjoyable.
A bit of a different kind of book to my recent reading list. Silly, but enjoyable. I'd read this as it had been on my work book club list last year. I've just realised (after finishing it) that it's the second in this collection of nursery crimes books, so I may need to go back and read the first one.
I wouldn't have rated this book as high, but the delightfully and painfully bad puns at the end made me laugh hard enough to bump it up.

I really enjoyed this, just as much as the first "Nursery Crime" book. Every time I read one of this guy's books, I wonder what it would be like to meet him, but then I decide that I am not smart enough to have a good conversation with him. His imagination is amazing.

Absolutely nuts and thoroughly enjoyable- who the hell thinks to unite nursery rhymes and crime? I read this installment before the first and will definitely be adding the series to my list. The giant cookie was startlingly violent and I found myself skimming like I would shield my eyes in a slasher! I thought Ashley's character was delightfully weird- the dinner with his family was perfect.
