I really underestimated this book. REALLY underestimated it. Apologies to Danner because I thought he would boring as hell. Giana pulled up and proved me WRONG.
I might like this one more than Welcome to the Dark Side and I love daddy Zeus.
4.5 stars. I still have questions so I absolutely will be moving on to book 4.

Loved this one so much more than the last one. Harleigh Rose and Lionel were so much more fleshed out and complex as characters, they seemed like real people you could connect with. And you actually got to see a meaningful emotional connection between them, not just a relationship purely driven off superficial attraction. And even though there's an age gap, the relationship felt natural and not at all groom-ish (Zeus I'm looking at you

Thoughts: Giana is one of my favorites for a reason. She makes me feel!! I cry and laugh & get so overcome with the emotions she so beautifully portrays through her words. This couple...such an emotional ride we go through with them, but you cannot deny the love they have, it’s otherworldly, it’s unique, and very much real with them. 5+ stars! Now I cannot wait for some of these other characters! Nova, Wrath, & Lysander..I hope they get a story too!

Definitely my favorite so far. I was really rooting for them to work out. It had surprises for me and more emotions than the others so far.

I thought Daddy Zeus was hot. Until Lionel "Lion" Danner was put in front of me.
H.R daughter of Zeus and brother to King was a strong heroine with a soft heart. She had been through the ringer, almost as much as LouLou had.
But damn.. The angst in this nearly broke my heart. I nearly cried when a certain character died. (No spoilers) I love this series and after /that/ ending, I can't wait for the next one to come out. I'm already counting the days.

Another amazing book. There was definitely some twists and turns I wasn’t expecting. Some mystery. Loved how this story played out. Loved the surprise that Danner brought. It was unexpected.
