Had to read this for class on children's lit. Pretty sweet, if somewhat unremarkable, although I imagine back in the day it was probably quite well regarded. Just feels a little bit bland and a bit too preachy with its Christian themes for my liking. Also has quite an ableist theme/ conclusion. Fairly boring but sweet and straightforward!
