I love this world, but this book doesn’t stand on its own. At many points, the story goes by very fast, and unless you read Poison Study, you wouldn’t understand what is happening.

Reading the original story from Valek’s perspective was AMAZING! It added so much insight that I didn’t even know I needed! I would read all of the books from his perspective if possible!!
