A Christmas miracle - new to me Blyton stories! In addition to 'Happy Christmas, Five' (published 1956) it contains 'Five have a puzzling time' (published 1960) & 'When Timmy chased the cat' (published 1957) -these stories bring all the charm of the full length novels except in bite size! I'm not completely sold on the illustrations by Jamie Littler (but I'm a purist, I can also complain at length about modern animation style) however they definitely help to make the text seem like it's set now (without it actually being updated).
