I was expecting more? More Ling Ma-esque. It all felt very anticlimactic. The writing was bland and I feel the story could have been organized better. Instead of the NYC socio-emotional dystopia we’re expecting I got the sense that Lee herself was just socially inept. That said, I appreciate the satirical commentary on tech and corporate culture.
