I enjoyed LeClerc's novel Out of Nowhere and I plan to follow The Immortal Vagabond Healer series.
Advancing on Paris works well as an introduction to the world and Sean Danet's character. He's an immortal healer who tries to live his life away from the troubles, but troubles find him.
He relies on quick thinking, fast reflexes, natural charm and poorly accented Russian to survive a brutal winter in a hostile country.
AoP is free on Kindle Unlimited and very short (24 pages). If you'll like the story I assure you you'll enjoy the novel as well.
