Ella knows everyone in the building in her apartment on 1106 Wildflower Place... everyone except one couple upstairs who keeps to themselves. She helps new neighbors settle in, walks other neighbors' dogs, and has tea with her other neighbor. Will she ever get to meet the upstairs couple?
