Sutherland|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1389053585l/18527497._SY75_.jpg|26232955] is the fifth book in the series and the last of the initial dragonet prophecy arc (there are more books, though! Lots more!). I thought this was a good wrap-up all around for the arc, resolving all the major conflicts and advancing all the character development. I really appreciate how creative and fun this series is, particularly with worldbuilding. The science nerd in me loves the differing biology and cultures of all the dragon tribes.

I love seeing the character from different perspectives,and I love seeing how things change depending on who you're reading as. I also felt so bad for Sunny in this book! But I loved learning more about her than just the "always happy one"

And just like that the Prophecy is Completed! This volume focuses on Sunny, as she follows several Nightwings into Sandwings territory. It felt like the prophecy section was concluded rather quickly, after building to it for 4 and a half books. You learn more about Queen Oasis' death that started the great war, and where the treasure is etc.
Sunny learns where she comes from and that leads Sunny to figure out how to end the war. It was a great way to wrap up one arc and begin the next arc that I would imagine leads through the next 5 books.
