What a messy ride. It was exactly what one would expect when encountering a mystery/thriller. Their was murder, intrigue and a few twists.
The flashbacks were interesting but they do blend a little too well into the overall plot. Sometimes the transitions were too abrupt and I found myself slightly confused and playing catch-up. I didn’t particularly like any of the characters, however, I didn’t dislike them enough not to finish reading. I’m glad I gave this one a try, I wasn’t disappointed

MADNESS MADNESS MADNESS. aku bahkan nggak tau harus nulis apalagi selain MADNESS karena bener-bener bikin gila dari awal sampai akhir. plotnya yang lama dan pelan bikin pembaca harus sabar ditambah kelakuan yujin yang merusak batas kesabaran. sebenarnya plotnya jelas, menggambarkan bagaimana yujin berkembang menjadi seorang psikopat pemangsa. tetapi beberapa bagian memang jadinya terkesan bertele-tele. semuanya terkesan lambat bahkan polisi sadar pun sangat lama, dua setengah hari untuk kasus seperti ini. detektif juga terkesan nggak kelihatan perannya disini karena yujin bisa lolos begitu saja dengan gampang. membaca dari point of view yujin juga bikin pembaca merasa stressful. jujur aku kecewa dengan endingnya karena atas segala yang telah yujin lakukan selama ini tapi dia bisa hidup bebas. bahkan haejin yang sama sekali bersih nggak bersalah malah jadi tersangka. rasanya nggak adil meskipun ya memang hidup aslinya nggak adil. tetapi tetap, kenapa orang jahat selalu menang? ending yang mengecewakan. TOTALLY MADNESS.

Oh my goodness, what a thrilling read. It’s twisted, with absolutely compelling characters and story-telling. The perfect horror experience. Great book!
