I also enjoyed reading the second book, though it was not quite as much of a page-turner as the first. Still, I really liked the storyline involving retired women assassins. A good book if you are in the mood for adventure.

Absolutely amazing. From the narration, to the depth of characters and their love of the job. Many laughs and it has a lot of fun throughout.

I loved the first in this series but found this second installment to drag and was unnecessarily complicated with time changes and a confusion of characters. Maybe it was me but I skimmed the last 1/3 of the book just to get through. That said, if there's a third I'll read it because the premise is intriguing and clever.
