I really liked the use of anecdotes from strangers’ points of view throughout the book

This book was especially hard for me to get into and follow. I don't know what it was. The shifts in perspective felt extremely heavy handed and it made for a more awkward and terse read. I would give it a 2.5 out of 5 stars. It just wasn't my genre I guess.

I enjoy her acerbic wit and the way she isn't afraid to explore the dark sides of life, but I like her later novels better. This one lacked a surprising twist, and I felt its absence.

This was a cute book, but it didn't make me want to finish it very quickly. Nice storyline, just not one of my favorite Moriarty books.
