Jester's lonely backstory always makes me sad for her as a child, but so happy that she found The Traveler and the Mighty Nein. She loves so fiercly that she needed a big group of friends to love and play with and all of that comes across in the beautiful and colorful graphics of this story.

Jester is definitely my favorite Laura character so far and I love getting this small glimpse into her past and the beginning of her story.

I didn't know how much I missed Jester until I read this. It was so fun and I really enjoyed it!! For those who have watched the second campaign this isn't new content per se, but it's entertaining. Also, I think this is an amazing take on Jester and I'm obsessed with how beautiful the art is.

Really cute, gorgeous art! Some really excellent and cute faces and expressions for both Jester and the Traveller. Nothing really new story-wise, just filling in some gaps, but that's what the Origins series is about, really.

I have been waiting for this graphic novel and am thrilled with the result! The story is quick and moves through only a couple of significant moments of Jester's early years. It still has all the charm and fun that Jester is known and beloved for. The art style is gorgeous and I had a great time reading it. Though I would have loved a few more scenes between Jester, Artie, and Marion, there are great moments that new and old fans are sure to enjoy.
