3.5 I'm finally starting to get interested in the Skypiea arc

The fighting felt more coherent in this volume, though there were still parts that felt ancillary. I liked a lot of the development we got for Nico Robin. She is starting to feel like a fully fleshed out character that could have a place on the crew. I'm still not feeling super connected to the plot of Skypiea yet, though some of the exposition we got in this volume is interesting. It feels like Oda is putting less focus on individual characters and I tend to rely on them to anchor myself into a story with such a large cast.
A really exciting volume with tons of things happening and once again many POVs, everyone gets a turn (well, except the ones who got defeated the last time). I especially loved Robin's POV as she brings something else to the table, she still fights and has battles, but she also brings archaeology along and I find that super-interesting!
I loved the ruins, had such a laugh at Luffy, loved Zolo and how kick-ass and sweet/dedicated he is, Kami is an interesting villain (though I wonder how they will defeat him), and there is plenty more. Never a boring moment here~
