Loved the second installment of The Mr. Mercedes series. The characters are so likable, well, except one. There is always one sinister character that takes on flaws that give you a shiver. King did not disappoint with Morris Bellamy.
I listened on audible, the narration was fantastic. Will Patton delivered another well done performance, each character had their own voice, ever so subtly.

I loved loved LOVED this book!!!!! I haven't read a ton of Stephen King's novels simply because I am a scaredy-cat, but this was right up my alley! I thoroughly enjoyed Mr.Mercedes, but Finders Keepers has greatly surpassed it as the second in the trilogy. King has proven himself as an expert not only in horror, but now also the crime thriller. I recommend these to anyone and everyone who wants a really great story. LOVE this book!!!!!

This was a good sequel. I don't think it popped in the same way that the first in the series did but it was solid.

This was so much better than Mr Mercedes and i’m glad that I decided to continue the series. I really enjoyed that this was a book about books and I loved the exploration of obsession. It definitely has a Misery vibe to it at the beginning! The way it’s written isn’t like a traditional thriller and it isn’t the fastest paced either. There weren’t any twists or mysteries that the reader needed to solve. I did like watching Hodges, Holly and Jerome work things out and once the action started it was really exciting. I love the characters and their relationships with each other - Holly is definitely my favourite and I can relate to her the most. Even though I did enjoy this book, I still think King writes better horror than thrillers. Overall it was a very good book and I will be picking up the third in the series.
