I liked the book but hated Tina, the main character. She was annoying and a lil infuriating for me. How do you work for the man for 6 years and still be in denial that he's done some bad? And how does she work for a media corporation and remain so ignorant? It bothered me but I liked the stuff going on when she wasn't showing me how ignorant she is.

Fun book about David and Goliath (kinda)

Tina and Emily are assistants at a huge media conglomerate, who have been working hard and diligently for years but are still hobbled by student loan payments. In a mostly innocent turn of events, Tina is able to pay off get loans using company money and it all spirals from there. This book was fun and funny, and even had a great Rom-com subplot that I thoroughly enjoyed. I loved that the author poked fun at her own tropes and pop - culture references. Recommended.

I found the book to be so boring and the writing just something I couldn’t get into I feel it may be better as an audio book and movie but reading it just felt like a script and was not for me

This book makes me feel like I should go out and do something with my life. It's also literally laugh out loud funny, which I find in theory to be abundant but in reality to be very rare. Cheers to that!
