I didn’t understand about 20% of this because it dealt with some unfamiliar abstract concepts, but was gagged/enlightened by a lot of what I did (highlighted so many lines!). definitely seems like a work I’d revisit later in life when I’m less idiotic.

Was mentioned in The Infinite City while I was also reading this. I read some theory! I quite liked it, Debord diagnoses the problem effectively. Some really nice quotes to take away from it. The revolution will be computerised.

Wonderful re-considering of postmodern society. Many have pointed out before the accuracy of Debord's analysis, especially with regards to the imagistic nature of the internet. Is it prophetic? No. It's material analysis.
