I loved this series. The vivid details let me actually picture the faerie world and made me want to read more. I definitely recommend reading this series.

The story had such potential but the writing seemed so bad that it completely let the whole book down. There was no flow to the story, I constantly felt like bits of the book were missing, sentences did sometimes appear to be missing words. I really wanted to like this but it was a disappointment in the end. A weird conflict between wanting to abandon the story because of how bad it flowed, and also wanting to finish the book to find out the ending. I hope her newer works improve as there is so much potential

I’ll admit, I wasn’t a big fan of this book. Most of the time while reading, I found myself confused and trying to figure out what was happening. As the book continued, I did start to enjoy it more, but not enough for it to be a 4 star. I haven’t read too many books with fae and that could be why this book put me off, but I do want to read the next book in the series. I also do recommend this to anyone to enjoys fantasies and fairies. It’s a short read and only took me two days to read so definitely give it a shot!
